Visit the Micro-Theatre in the Archives & Reading Room to enjoy "Crossing Columbus" by Cathy Lee Carson
The Rourke's Archives & Reading Room are beginning to make our institution's 63-year material history available to students, artists, collectors, scholars, and guests. With our exhibition and events files (available for browsing!), our collection of over 600 texts on various subjects, and small rotating exhibitions, we offer this a special space within the museum to reflect upon the incredible artistic legacy of our region.
Thanks to Legacy Grant funds from the Lake Region Arts Council, we have acquired key pieces of equipment as we embark upon the exciting work of digitizing our archive collections, making our books searchable online, and providing a computer workstation for artists and scholars of all ages. |
