Introduction to Watercolor, with Anne Kaese

3 to 5 p.m. on Friday 2, 9, and 16 June 2023
Course fee: $100*
Duration: 2 hours ea. session
Age Requirement: 12+
Ever wanted to learn to paint with watercolor but were too nervous?  In this class, we are going to take “bite-sized pieces” of a fabulous art form and create useful small project. Using an array of techniques and methods, you will create art that will begin out being abstract as you learn the techniques. Watercolor painting can and will complement a piece of any work – scrapbooking, calligraphy – and make great personalized gifts. There will be a homework component to practice the skills learned.

Supply needed for class:
  • Bring your own artist-quality watercolor paints and brushes (no Artist Loft or dollar store pans, please!)
             - OR -
  • Purchase a kit of paints and brushes from the instructor for an additional $25 by selecting "Intro to Watercolor + Optional Supply Kit" at checkout.

* Cancel your registration up to 14 days prior to class day by emailing [email protected] for a partial refund.
