A St. Patrick's Day Exhibition at The Rourke

The Rourke will be presenting a group exhibition in celebration of St. Patrick's Day (and all things Irish!) in March 2022. With regard to content, we expect that entries will include some reference to Ireland, it's culture and history, or the Irish experience. Interested artists may submit up to 3 artworks for consideration. To display as many pieces from as many artists as possible, we ask that the works not exceed 24 inches in any dimension. All artwork must be for sale. The usual Rourke rate of commission will apply to all entries (60/40 - artist/gallery). To have your artworks considered for the exhibit, complete the entry form at the bottom of this page. The submission deadline was 16 February.

​Notice of acceptance will be sent by 5 p.m. 18 February and accepted artworks must arrive on or by Sunday 27 February. Hand deliveries may be made during Public Viewing Hours at the museum (1 to 5 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays) or by scheduling a drop off appointment by emailing [email protected].

Artists are responsible for affixing appropriate hanging hardware on two-dimensional artworks or wall mounted three-dimensional artworks. Artists are also responsible for all shipping or delivery expenses to and from The Rourke.

The exhibition will be on view from Friday 4 March through Sunday 4 April 2022.
