Virtual Gallery Now Open!

18 June has been an important day in the Red River Valley artistic community since 1960 when the Rourke brothers, James and Orland, opened Rourke Gallery at 312 Center Ave in Moorhead. The opening of the Annual Midwestern Invitational Exhibition of Fine Art commemorates that founding day every year. The Midwestern is a celebration of great art, talented artists, and the incredible patrons, collectors, and members that helped build the artistic legacy of The Rourke. Please enjoy some of our favorite memories of Midwesterns past.
